WHAT’S INCLUDED IN THE CASALE500 OFFER
Your wedding at Casale500 means having the entire venue exclusively for you.
The full event lasts 6 hours, starting from the ceremony (if you’re having it at the Casale), or from the beginning of the appetisers (if you’re coming from a church ceremony).
If you’d like to continue the celebration, you can extend the event:
Until 8:00 PM for daytime weddings
Until 3:00 AM for evening weddings
Extra time must be arranged in advance and costs €450 + 10% VAT per additional hour. This includes staff needed to close the venue and Open Bar service.

NOTE: Only adult guests should be included in your guest count at this stage. Children will be added in Step 7.
On public holidays, Saturday pricing applies.

OPEN BAR BY CAMPARI
In partnership with Campari & Mixology, Casale500 offers a full Open Bar service throughout your event — from classic Italian aperitifs to trendy after-dinner drinks, perfect for the party vibe.
Enjoy a premium drinks experience with carefully selected spirits from the iconic Italian brand Campari, and unique ingredients like mint and lime freshly picked from our very own Casale garden — for a true farm-to-glass mojito!
 
LIVE SHOW COOKING:
Your guests will enjoy more than just great flavours: our menu includes various Show Cooking stations during both the starter and dessert buffets.
We believe the first bite is with the eyes — and thanks to the skills of our chefs and pastry artists, we aim to wow both the palate and the senses.

OUR TRADITION:
A real highlight of Casale500 is our vegetable garden — not just a beautiful corner of the venue, but a source of fresh, organic, seasonal ingredients.
Guests can stroll among the garden paths while enjoying bites made with ingredients grown and picked the very same day.
 
WINE SELECTION:
Every year, our sommelier curates a special wine list, selecting labels that pair perfectly with each dish and suit a variety of tastes.
 
DINNER SERVICE:
After the appetiser buffet, we move to Sala500 or the Terrace of Lemons for a seated dinner.
This includes two first courses and one main with a side dish, all served at a relaxed and enjoyable pace, so there’s still plenty of time for dancing!
 
MENU TASTING:
Before the big day, we invite you to a special menu tasting evening, where you’ll preview your selected dishes and wines.
It’s also a great opportunity to meet the team, finalise event details, and enjoy a delicious preview of what your guests will experience.
 
PASTRY SELECTION:
Besides the wedding cake, your dessert buffet will include a tempting variety of mini treats to delight every sweet tooth.
 
MAITRE CHOCOLATIER:
A special corner dedicated to the art of fine chocolate. Let your guests enjoy an unforgettable tasting experience with handcrafted chocolates.
Flavours include pistachio, rum crystals, salted caramel, amarena cherry and more.
 
LIVE ICE CREAM:
Fresh gelato made right before your eyes!
Seasonal flavours are frozen instantly using liquid nitrogen, creating not only delicious gelato but also a fun visual show with clouds of white vapour.
 
ILLY COFFEE BAR:
After dinner, head to the coffee bar where you’ll find 13 premium Illy blends, perfect for coffee lovers.
You’ll also enjoy Italian classics like limoncello, mirto, grappa (white and aged) and a selection of herbal liqueurs.
 
SOUND & LIGHT SERVICE:
We’ve equipped the venue with a professional light and sound system to create the perfect mood, indoors and outdoors.
From romantic ambient lighting to full-on disco lights and special effects (like a smoke machine), every area of the garden comes to life.
Our sound system ensures even, high-quality audio in every area of the venue — no more loudspeakers blaring in your ear or barely audible music at the back!
 
SUPPORT TEAM:
At your event, you’ll have more than just waiters and chefs.
We provide car park attendants, security staff and a bathroom assistant to make sure everything runs smoothly.
 
STAFF MEALS:
Note: Staff meals are not included in this quote stage.
At Casale500, "staff" refers to:
Musicians (usually 2)
Photographers and videographers (2 to 5, depending on your chosen service)
Kids' entertainers (if requested, usually 2 unless more than 15 children)
The cost is €70 + 10% VAT per person (fixed rate).
Technical staff such as florists, coordinators, sound and light engineers are offered free of charge by Casale500.
